RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Norns and Yggdrasil, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. For exchanges or resizing, if your location falls within a remote area, you may be responsible for remote fees due to geographical constraints. We will notify you in advance of any applicable fees, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

1. “Design your own” items, the stone color, metal, and chain length, etc. chosen based on your personal preference are non-refundable.

2. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.

3. Special order items are those changing plating and stone colors, buying a part from the whole set, and the jewelry with personalized engravings, all of these are not refundable.

4. The items with custom sizes are not refundable.

5. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Please Note:
*The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
*When returning goods, the remoteness fee is non-refundable and needs to be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

Norns and Yggdrasil will reimburse customers $10 for the return shipping fee under the following circumstances.

1. Customer received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Norns and Yggdrasil within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

2. We will communicate with you within 48 hours of receiving your email to confirm the specific details of the return or exchange.

3. After communicating with customer service and receiving confirmation, please arrange the logistics for the return or exchange on your own. Ensure that you select a trackable shipping service.

4. Please send the order number for the return or exchange and the tracking number of the shipping service you have arranged to our email address [[email protected]]. This step is crucial so that we can process your return or exchange request in a timely manner.

 

Do I pay for shipping on returns?

1. Yes, you will need to cover the shipping costs if you wish to return or exchange an item.

2. For international orders, customers are responsible for overseas shipping costs, as well as any delivery fees, VAT taxes, and import surcharges associated with returns and exchanges.
3. Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item, as we will assist you in trying to minimize these additional fees.
