Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days following the receipt of your purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?
1. If you need to make a return or exchange, please first contact us via our email [email protected]. In your email, please specify your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the action you wish to take (return or exchange).
2. We will communicate with you within 48 hours of receiving your email to confirm the specific details of the return or exchange.
3. You can return an item as long as it is unused. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
6. Please Note:
The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
