Upon receiving your order, we typically require 3-5 business days to handcraft your product.
Upon readiness for shipment, you’ll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven’t received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.
Please ensure to provide us with your accurate shipping address to facilitate a smooth order completion process.
It’s possible in some cases, depending on the product model and the feasibility of your envisioned design with this specific product. Customizations are limited to the materials we have in stock. Please be aware that a custom design may affect the product’s price. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] with your design concepts, and we will inform you of our capabilities!
We advise against wearing the products during certain activities, as this can lead to damage to both the gemstones and the metal components. The stones differ in their hardness and resistance to wear; some are more robust, while others are more delicate. If you have already submitted your order, you can inform us by responding to the order confirmation email. Typically, we can expedite the processing of your order and have it crafted within 2 business day. For delivery, we utilize expedited shipping services to get it to you promptly. Please note that each item is handcrafted to order, which takes approximately 4 to 7 days to produce.

Typically, you have the option to modify the delivery address independently through the tracking confirmation page. Should you encounter any issues, reach out to the courier and our team immediately. Remember, the sooner you act, the higher the chance of successfully updating the address.
Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Exchanging a product is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the product for an exchange. The product must not show any signs of usage, and the tag must still be attached. Once your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you of its arrival and process the exchange by charging or refunding the price difference, if applicable. For all Norns and Yggdrasil items, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products purchased at https://nornsandyggdrasil.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the product. The product must not show any signs of usage, and the tag must still be attached.
